Dear Applicant:

In order for the Town of Allendale Planning and Zoning Commission to approve the building for residential use within the town limits of Allendale, the following documents are required to be submitted at least thirty days prior to the next regularly scheduled meeting of the Planning and Zoning Commission:

  • Application (including name, address, phone number)
  • Statement of Intended Use of the Property
  • Property Plat
  • Deed of Ownership of the Property

In order for the Town of Allendale Planning and Zoning Commission to approve the building for commercial use within the town limits of Allendale, the following documents are required to be submitted at least thirty days prior to the next regularly scheduled meeting of the Planning and Zoning Commission:

  • Business License   
  • Business Plan
  • Application (including name, address, phone number)
  • Statement of Intended Use of the Property
  • Property Plat
  • Deed of Ownership of the Property

Please be advised that the Planning and Zoning Commission holds its meetings on the fourth Monday of every month at 5:30 p.m. At each monthly meeting, applications submitted will be reviewed for recommendation to the Allendale Town Council.
